Chris Thompson, who dealt with an injury-marred 2018, should play the pass-catching function once more, and with queries at receiver, that function might be vital. When healthy, the team appears deep on paper. There is a chance the competition could upset the apple cart, especially given the fact that Peterson is not a back that normally shares the load. The training staff, however, believes the competition will bring out the finest all around.
“It is upped our game, and these men get a bit angry when all the sudden a guy gets a few reps and they’re looking at me like,’Coach, when is my turn?'” Running backs coach Randy Jordan stated, per the team’s official website. “It makes it effortless to coach when you’ve got a good room such as that.”
Additional Jordan:”You want those guys that are really, very enthusiastic and take this to heart, like,’Hey, I need to be the man.'”
